I absolutley adore Diddy Kong Racing for the N64; it's one of my favorite games. Coincidently, I also absolutely adore the Mario Kart franchise. And... there you have it! A cheap parody of the two, wahey! Hey, I know I'd play it

I was originally going to draw more racers here, but I was afraid if I put too much detail in I'd lose interest in the lineart/coloring part. So you get my favorite four instead! From the front: Pipsy, Conker, T.T. and Timber. Yes, it's BFD Conker, I don't care XD I like that design better! Pipsy isn't totally accurate (I nixed the polkadots on her bow because it kept turning out funny), but I really like how she turned out anyway. Maybe a bit spunkier for her character, but still! And although Conker's feet -look- funny, judging by where his heel is (obscured from view), I think it's accurate. Poor Timber looks kinda silly, 'cause I got lazy around that point XD; whoops.

If you're wondering about the balloons tethered to their cars, you get items in DKR from collecting balloons on the track. You get a basic item if you get one, but if you get three of the same colour in a row, you'll get a more powerful item. Pipsy and Conker's red balloon would give 'em a single missle shot, while T.T. and Timber's three blue balloons would give them a super-charged turbo boost. You know, I probably should've used reference for those, 'cause I have a feeling the pattern on them isn't stars (I know the Rainbow balloons are different, anywho). But oh well! I used no reference what so ever! As usual!

Ooh, the background is crap! Raa! *gouge gouge gouge* It'd be more inspired if I could've thought of something better to draw, but you get that for now XD;; Bad, bad Morgan! And I really, really need to learn how to draw cars. I guess it's 'cause I don't try enough, nyeh? Sorry there isn't more action in the picture, too, but I started this early and I'm feeling kinda sleepy.

Oh well, I like the concept of this picture, at least. I'd totally play as Pipsy and Conker, 'cause they rock
